I have been using Buddy's Florist for a few years now. I have a family member pick them up for me and delivery to the graves and sometimes you never know what you will get purchasing out of town but I have never been disappointed. This year for memorial they were the prettiest ever with different and unique colors. Thank for always being helpful and for the beautiful arrangements.

I was extremely impressed with how gorgeous my daughter’s wedding bouquet was and she cried tears of joy when she seen them. Then the price was also reasonable and they were very friendly too I would definitely use them again!

I order for my mother in jasper all the time from buddys. We bought her a mixed arrangement with lillies hydrangeas, roses, a few others and some greenery last Friday. A young lady reached out apologizing that they missed the delivery window and asked if they could deliver that Saturday. I knew it being valentines they were probably really busy, so I told her sure that would be fine. She reached out to me to let me know when they left for delivery and my mom got her flowers 45 minutes later. They were stunning! They communicated with me every step of the way and made sure they took care of my mom. They have outstanding customer service, have some of the prettiest flowers, and does gorgeous work.

This was my first time ordering from this florist for a Valentine’s Day delivery, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The price I paid did not match the value of what was received. I understand that floral arrangements may vary slightly from the photos shown online, but the arrangement I received looked amateur at best. I ordered the Burning Red Rose Deluxe Arrangement, and there was nothing “deluxe” about it. The overall design, fullness, and presentation did not reflect what was advertised. This was not a $130 arrangement in terms of quality, size, or overall appearance. I responded to the delivery confirmation email to express my concerns and am currently waiting to hear back. I truly hope this can be resolved, as this experience did not meet my expectations. Update: I spoke with the store today, and they are offering a $50 credit. I was told that employees quit on them over the weekend and they have new staff, which may have contributed to the issue. However, as a customer, I should not have to pay for subpar service due to internal staffing problems. I am completely dissatisfied with this outcome and they did not care. Leanna does a FABULOUS job! Whenever we need flowers for any occasion, she’s our go to. You never have to wonder if your flower arrangement will look good or not because she always goes above and beyond your requests. She definitely puts love into what she does! She even travels & will drop the arrangements off for you. Great prices as well. 10/10 recommend 😊
